About L3
Developing the Complete Official — On the Court and Beyond the Whistle.
More than training, L3 is a year round development community built on excellence, leadership, innovation, and continuous growth.
Our history
From clinics to a connected ecosystem.
L3 Officiating Group was created from a commitment to helping basketball officials grow beyond traditional camps and one time evaluations. Informed by more than 30 years of officiating, leadership, and development experience, L3 began with elite training clinics and individualized coaching designed to provide officials with honest feedback, practical instruction, and continued support.
Guided by the philosophy “Listen. Learn. Let Go.”, L3 has evolved into a connected, year round training ecosystem that includes L3 Courtside IQ, Elite Training Clinics, coaching and development programs, Beyond the Whistle Podcast, the L3 Recovery Zone, and strategic partnerships — all integrated through L3Officiating.com.
