Meet the director
Wayne Traywicks
Wayne Traywicks is the Director of L3 Officiating Group, a veteran collegiate basketball official, evaluator, and development leader whose career spans more than 30 years across NCAA Division I and II, NAIA, and junior college basketball.
He believes meaningful development requires more than making the right call — confidence, communication, accountability, leadership, and a willingness to keep improving. That philosophy is the foundation of L3's year round training ecosystem.
